Refund policy

All Glowride Co. sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental orders, or items that have already been delivered.

The only exception is if your order never arrives.

If your order has not arrived within 45 days of your shipping confirmation email:
— Email us at rcdrift00@gmail.com
— Include your order number and full name
— We will investigate with the carrier and if your order is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or reship at no cost to you

We stand behind every order we send out. If it doesn't show up, we make it right.
